雄伟壮丽的太行山，从北向南绵延八百里，沟壑幽深，纵横交错，峭壁悬崖，层峦叠嶂。山峰蜿蜒起伏，像一条巨龙卧在华北大地上，把山西和河北河南分在了两边，用宽厚的脊梁挑着黄土高原和华北平原，八百里太行最雄壮处数位于河南的太行大峡谷，这里有一处 著名的风景 ——太行大峡谷，太行大峡谷风景区位于河南省西北部，南太行山东麓的林州市石板岩乡，南北长100华里，东西宽2华里，海拔800-1736米，相对高差达1000米以上，境内断崖高起，群峰峥嵘，阳刚劲露，台壁交错，苍溪水湍，流瀑四挂、峰、恋、台、壁、峡、瀑、嶂、泉、姿态万千，是“北雄风光”的典型代表，号称“太行大峡谷”。一年四季吸引着全国各地的游客以及摄影爱好者们前来拍摄采风，本期起陆续刊登各地的影友们拍摄的太行风光与人文作品，敬请欣赏，同时欢迎各地摄影家积极推荐（自荐）优秀作品在本公众号发表。

秋色中的大峡谷

太行山脉最高峰3061米，绵延900余公里，自北而南贯穿中国大陆的腹地，北接燕山南衔秦岭，横跨北京、河南、河北和山西四省市。太行山地区是中华文明发祥地之一。The highest peak of the Taihang Mountain Range is 3061 meters and stretches for about 900 kilometers.
It runs through the heart of China from north to south, holding hands with Yanshan Mountain at north and linking Qinling Mountain at south. It straddles Beijing, Henan, Hebei and Shanxi.
The Taihang Mountains area is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization as well.

他在给花椒树松土。这边的山里人家以花椒为主要经济作物。他说：他们夫妇俩带着一个上中学的孩子，年景正常时，一年能收获1200多斤花椒。每斤可以卖50元左右。这样，可以赚6万多。粮食、蔬菜、肉蛋基本可以自给。其他用度则要从卖花椒的钱里开支。比如：小孩子上学、油盐酱醋茶、衣服、交通和所有生产性开支，比如拖拉机用的燃油。紧紧巴巴的日子。He is loosening the soil in the pepper tree field. People in the mountains here use prickly pepper as their main cash crop.
He said: They have a child in middle school. When the years are normal, they could harvest more than 1,200 Jin of pepper. It can be sold for about ¥50 per Jin. In this way, he can earn more than ¥60,000.
Food, vegetables, meat and eggs can basically be self-sufficient. Other expenses have to be come from pepper selling. For example: kids going to school, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar tea, clothes, transportation, and all productive expenses, such as fuel for tractors. "Tight days" he said.

Jin is the Chinese unit of measurement, 1 Jin is equal to half a kilogram.

人们迁到新建的房舍，并有意识保留下旧宅。这样做，既可以铭记先前的生存状态，以激发创造更美好生活的努力；又可以作为一种文化遗存吸引旅行者而获得收益。Villagers moved to newly built houses and consciously kept the old ones. In doing so, it can not only remember the previous state of existence, in order to inspire efforts to create a better life; but also can be used as a cultural heritage to attract travelers to gain benefits.
